Provides feedback to the user based on the success of a card read operation. If the read fails, the method generates an alert tone and vibration. If the read succeeds, the method provides a longer vibration feedback.

Indicates whether the card read operation was successful. If true, a success feedback is provided; if false, an alert feedback is provided.
